Aqua Gel

Aqua Gel

AquaGel™ Water Retention Gel

AquaGel™ B & AquaGel™ D – High-Performance Soil Water Management

AquaGel™ is a super-absorbent co-polymer gel engineered to dramatically improve soil moisture management in hydroseeding, sod installation, and plant establishment applications.
It absorbs and retains up to 400 times its own weight in water, then slowly releases moisture back to the root zone as plants require it.

By acting as a localized water reservoir, AquaGel™ significantly reduces irrigation demand, minimizes drought stress, and increases successful vegetation establishment—especially in challenging or high-risk environments.

What AquaGel™ Does

  • Stores water in the soil and releases it gradually to plant roots

  • Maintains consistent moisture in the root zone

  • Reduces transplant shock and drought stress

  • Improves early root development and plant survival

  • Lowers irrigation frequency and water consumption

  • Enhances establishment success in hydroseeding and sod applications

AquaGel™ is a proven water management solution for dry soils, fast-draining substrates, and environmentally sensitive projects.

Technical Features

  • Water Holding Capacity: Up to 400× its dry weight
