Our 3D Organic Erosion Control Blanket is engineered for extreme erosion protection and high-flow water channels, capable of handling up to 6 m/s flow velocity. The system combines 100% coconut fiber (550 g/m²) with a 10 mm thick 3D polypropylene matrix (300 g/m²), creating a robust, three-dimensional protective layer ideal for riverbanks, channels, and steep slopes.


Material Composition

  • Primary Material: 100% coconut fiber

  • 3D Matrix: Polypropylene (PP)

  • Top Layer: UV-stabilized PP, 9 x 9 mm / 27 g/m²

  • Bottom Layer: UV-stabilized PP, 9 x 9 mm / 27 g/m²

  • Stitching: UV HDPE monofilament, brown

This advanced 3D design enhances soil stabilization, increases surface roughness, and improves water infiltration while protecting the substrate from high-velocity flows.
