Polymeric 3D Honeycomb Structural Fill System

Geocell Cellular Filling Systems (CFS), also known as HDS, Geocell, Geocell Cellular Filling System, are high-performance, three-dimensional honeycomb-like structures made from polymeric alloys with smooth or textured surfaces. These systems provide versatile civil engineering solutions for a wide range of applications, from single-layer roadbeds and soil stabilization to multi-layer retaining walls and protective barriers.

The unique geometric design of geocells preserves natural drainage while protecting infill materials from hydraulic erosion. This allows for vegetation establishment on steep slopes and rocky terrain where plant growth is otherwise difficult, making them ideal for erosion control, slope stabilization, and habitat restoration.

  • Thickness: 1 mm – 2 mm

  • Cell Heights: 50 mm – 300 mm (based on terrain and application)

  • Ultrasonic Welded Connections: Spacing 340 mm – 800 mm

  • Roll Widths: 2 m, 3 m, 4 m, 5 m, 6 m

  • Roll Lengths: 50 m, 100 m, 150 m

Infill Options: Soil, topsoil, sand, gravel, concrete, or other materials depending on structural requirements and load-bearing needs.
